Hi everyone,

Hope you can help me.

I am trying to get some control over which sites my kids look at on the
internet.

Is it possible to setup a user account for the kids where I can specify
which sites they can look at?

Can this be done via XP without buying a parent control software package?

Thanks

Look at the content advisor section of your web browser.

It isn't 100% reliable though. I know this isn't fashionable and trendy and
what you wanted to hear, but if you want to control what your children do on
the Internet you'll need to do so by supervising them.

No
chances are that if your kids are over 8 they already know more about
computers than you do and can easily bypass any IE parental controls.
You would be better off with a bought software package where they would need
your password to change the settings.
father of 3............been there done that
