Limited and Guest Accounts Cannot Access Internet

This may not be an Internet Explorer only problem, but...

All of a sudden, the Limited Accounts and Guest Account
on my Windows XP system cannot access any web page. The
Administrator accounts still can.

Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem. Did you ever figure this
