Limit user/program installation

Hi, I'm a teenager who produces movies, and there are programs I need, but
can't install. It's really starting to piss me off because I can't install
transitions that I need (or a program to create them). Is there a hack, ect
to fix this without having to change acount settings?

Windows XP SP2
Celeron 80GB & 80GB
 
Sorry,it isn't possible to install anything because limited users cannot
install anything.
If you'd like to install something,contact the administrator of the
computer(your parents or someone else) and they should give you the
permission.
