Hello

Does anyone know if there is a limit tothe number of contacts you can have
in Outlook 2000? And what happens if you go beyond this limit? Do your
contacts start disappearing?

If the contacts are stored in a personal folders file, the limit is 16,000
or 65,000 items per folder. (Larger number requires that large table
support be turned on for the PST file.)

For an Exchange mailbox, I'm not aware of any item count limits. However
keep in mind that if offline storage (*.OST) is involved, that the same
limitations apply as PST files when working offline.
