The worksheet i am working with has over 6000 rows.. I need it to be about
600, but deleting them doesn't work; it goes on to infinity. how do I limit
the number of rows in the worksheet permanently? it's annoying becausethe
scroll bar is super tiny and all of my information is at the top.

Hi,

This is happening because cells beyond 6000 may be carrying some formatting.
Therefore, go to row 601 and press Ctrl+Shift+down arrow and delete all the
rows. Do the same for columns.

This should solve your problem.
