Hi,

I know that Win EULA doesen't permitt "renting". Does that also imply
"Remotelly using their Windows copy" ? For eg. I'd like to use 50 user's
Windows for distributive computing while they're on idle CPU.

I'd suggest you go to the horses mouth. Sounds to me like you would need 50
licenses.
