License storage is not working. Error message!!!!

When I try to listen to the music Ihave downloaded
from "Pressplay" i get this message.
i started getting this message after my pc crashed during
a downloading session with "Pressplay" does anyone know
how to repair this problem????? Please help!!!!

PressPlay is very buggy, which is why I stopped using it a long time ago. Try
RealOne Rhapsody instead.
