Some linux user from Internet in one of lunix forums says that on one
partition of his hard drive is installed Windows (2000 or XP, i didn't
understand him).
And he uses some dll's and programs from this partition under his Linux.
Has he the right to do this things, or EULA forbids this?

Since we don't know what "dll's and programs" the poster is using, we
can't answer you. It could be he is using ndiswrapper for networking
drivers or running some programs under Wine or CrossoverOffice.

Besides, what difference does it make to you? Did you want to run some
Windows programs in Linux? Which distro?

No, i personally hate Linux after some mounths of experience:-)
I will ask him more, what soft he wants to use.

He is complayning, that he ripped Movie Maker from WinXP and used it in
Win2000.
But after SP2 Movie Maker says it will not run in Win2000.
Has he right to use Movie Maker from WinXP in Win2000, if he has licences
for both systems.
Or he must deinstall WinXP after moving Movie Player to Win2000.
Can he run Movie Maker in W2k, or this is forbidden. If it's forbidden, for
what reason it is done?

What does any of that have anything to do with Linux? If the poster to
whom you are referring wants an answer from this newsgroup, he should
post here himself. A lot more details are necessary in order to give an
accurate answer and there is no point in trying to do this third-hand.
