lexplore error

I occasionally used to get an error whilst using internet
which said "lexplore has caused an error in <unknown>
lexplore will now close" then internet explorer would
close. A few days when I went into e-bay I started
getting message again and now I cannot get past certain
pages in e-bay, without message appearing. However, I can
use e-bay normally on another computer. No problem with
other websites. Can anyone help?

First eliminate any scumware.
