Lexmark 7200--How to print on XP?

Hello, I have an old Lexmark 7200. It was recognized by Plug & Play
and the driver from lexmark.com for XP is installed. It is connected
to a USB port. All seems to be okay...but it won't print. I can't
communicate with the printer at all, even though Plug & Play found it.
Help! Thanks! _
