Why does the letters come up in capitals when im typing in
Word, I havent touched the caps lock and both the shift
buttons are up. I have also tried with 2 different
keyboards and still the same thing.

Please help

Hi,
Just a thought, if you go to Format - font in your document (or for that
matter in a new document) is there a check next to Caps ( third column in
the font tab), uncheck it and hit the button in the left corner of the
dialogue, you will be prompted to save normal.dot, hit yes an it should be
solved.

As Luc suggests, you may have All Caps formatting applied (Format | Font).
Also, if you're using a font other than one of the Windows core fonts (such
as Times New Roman, Arial, and Courier New), it may be a font that has only
capital letters.
