Is letter wizard available in MS Office 2007? I am unable to locate it and
HELP directs me to templates.

No, Word 2007 has no wizards at all. Use (or make) a template for the letter
you want.

If you have a copy of Office 2003, you can still install and use its wizards
in Word 2007, although they might have some problems if they depend on
things that have changed.
