letter wizard gone

When I open word and click on letter wizard in Word 2002 it "hunts" to the
Floppy drive and then I get nothing. I used to get a box that showed the
font and colors and the type of letter I wanted to write and I would click on
next and then finish. It was installed as part of Works 2003 Suite and now
suddenly it doesn't work. I am unaware of anything I did to make it
disappear. What do I do to fix it? Do I have to reinstall? If so, can I
just reinstall the "Word" program as Disc 1 has Works setup, works 7.0, Word
"02 and Clipart. How do I do it? I am fairly green in this area so please
be specific and be patient. Many thanks.

If I were right there at your shoulder, I could probably figure it out, but I
don't really know Works. And apparently no one else in the group the last day or
so has any idea, either. My guess would be that the Addin supplying the
functionality may not be loaded, or has even been uninstalled.

Why don't you try asking in a WORKS newsgroup?

If you do a search on your PC from Start=>Find/Search
for *.wiz files, does it locate the wizard?
