This newsgroup is really for people using the MS-Access Database. So you
probably won't get much of an answer here.
Assuming that you are looking for information about 'Letter Heads', you
could try:
If you are using MS-WORD : microsoft.public.word.newusers
If you are using WORKS : microsoft.public.works.win
If you have some other popular word-processor, you should be able a
newsgroup that is aimed specifically at that package.
Just as a hint for future posting on news-groups. The more information you
can give about your problem/question, the more likely that someone will be
able to help you
(also, you will find some people accuse you of SHOUTING if you type your
messages in capital letters, it's considered more 'polite' to use lower-case
when posting messages)
