Lebans tooltip code -- not active in footer if form is maximized?

i've downloaded a tooltip database from http://www.lebans.com/ which
creates custom tooltips. I am running the Access97 version.

When I open the sample forms, holding the mouse over the "Control in
Footer" bar will show the custom tooltip.

However, if I maximize the form, the tooltip for "Control in Footer" no
longer works. All of the other controls seem to work.

Does anyone else see this?

You need to Maximize the form before the ToolTips class is created.
