I have been using Leban's Format By Criteria for years (I loved
it!!). Unfortunately, I have migrated to Access 2003 and can no
longer be used. I have tried using Leban's Conditional Formatting but
it only allows for a max of three conditions. I need six.

Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Perhaps you meant to say you were now trying to use *Access' Conditional
Formating* which only allows three conditions?

You should give us a little info on exactly what you need to accomplish!
Sometimes, depending on your needs, you can combine criteria using
*Expression Is* in the native CF>

Sorry...

I have a SubForm that I have been using Format By Criteria. It's a
listing of employees in different teams. Depending on the team they
are in that row is a particular color. We currently have 7 teams -
with 7 different colors.

Name Team
John A (this row is blue)
Mike A (this row is blue)
Bill D (this row is red)
Nancy C (this row is yellow)
Emily B (this row is green)
....etc

Does this help?

I should also add that there are additional columns in this sub-form
that the user can sort by.
