i am using EXchange server 2000 as a mail server and MS outlook as a mailing
agent. i want all of my mail will store only on the exchange server. user
connect the server by outlook and can read mail from server mailbox
accordinly. mail will not come to user computer. I set my account of exchange
server in outlook from control panel>mail it tell me if you want that your
mail will store in the server then change your default delivery location. But
I did not find any option from tools>email account>MS exchange server that I
can keep message only on the server.

There is no such option because that's the way an Exchange account always works. If you have the default delivery location set to your Exchange mailbox and not a .pst file, then all your mail will remain on the server until you delete it. You also must be accessing the mailbox as an Exchange account, not a POP3 account.
