I have exchange 2000 server with Outlook 2003. Under Outlook 2000,
there was an option to leave a copy of old e-mail in the exchange server,
but i can't find that option in Outlook 2003. How do i keep a copy of e-
mails in the exchange server in Outlook 2003???

Hi,

You can setup a rule so that a copy of all the mails sent to the mailbox is
stored in a local PST and then work on the mails in the PST alone.

Hope this helps !!!

The only way is to set Exchange as your default delivery location. Then
messages won't be downloaded at all. You can move them to folders in your
local PST either manually or via rules. If you delivery location remains
your PST, then you can use rules (or manual command) to move messages back
to the Exchange server, but that seems a waste of effort to me.
