.ldb is not being deleted from one user's PC

we have shares access database. locking information file (.ldb)is not being
deleted from one user

Do they have delete permission to the folder where the ldb resides?
 
yes,right now temporary solution is for her to reboot and delete the ldb

Are they having crashes? The ldb will not be deleted if Access, Windows,
or the entire PC go down improperly.
 
I don't think so. there are more than one users only one user hast his
problem it won't delete when she is using it .Is it possible if they exit out
of the program by cliking X ontop right corner rather than having Exit Button
which would exit the aapplicatin properly but in that case all the users do
the same thing why would .ldb file satt there on only one user?
