LDAP bind failed with error 1323

This error occurred on my 1st DC/GC server this morning
after bouncing the server and using DCDIAG to determine if
any problems are present. This error occurred:(0x5)

LDAPBind failed with error 1323,
Unable to update the password, the value provided as the
current password is incorrect...
*** Error: The machiine could not attach to the DC because
the credentials were incorrect. Check your credentials or
specify credentials with /U:<Domain>\<Username>
& /P:<Password>

Additionally no Administrative Tools are available when
clicked on. Any advice on this issue is welcomed. Thanks
