LCD monitor surface

its a little off topic, but how much sensitive to scratchses is LCD monitors
surface? Some people have a bad habit to touch the monitor with pen (metal
head) to specify some info to another peoples..

Are you seeing scratches?

Put a big note on your monitors that says "This is not a touch screen -
don't touch it."
 
did you buy yours with the anti-scratch surface.
it is available on most lcd monitors.

Well, there might be, if they scratch it hard enough. Tell them simply not
to touch it or they need to pay for its replacement. There's no simple
answer someone can give you in a newsgroup post about the maximum
recommended PSI of ballpoint pen to LCD.
 
might check with the manufacturer or where you bought it to see if it is available as after market.
