Launchinf programs that require Shockwave or Flash

I can't launch any program that requires Shockwave or Flash and I DO have
these programs installed on my computer. Is there something else that maybe
needs to be enabled??? I appreciate any help

Any error messages you get when you try?.
Also did you make sure your machine clean and your Flash player installation
is okay not damaged or corrupt, are you able to see flash content on the
internet?.
Open a run command and type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK]
