Launch "Found New Hardware"

Do you know how can I avoid the "Found New Hardare" Dialog prompting the user to enter an admin password when New Hardware is detected?

My systems has no Keboard and runs in a "power user" and when new hardware is detected or Plugged the "Found New Hardware" Dialog hides my application and makes to lose the window focus
