Is there any way I can use "last week" , "last month" in rules?
It can be used when creating search but in the rules I can only find
"received in a specific date span - before or after a date" so if I want to
have a rule : delete all emails that are older than 3 months I can't really
use this.

Best Regards

That's what Autoarchive is for. You could set it to delete anything older
than 3 months in your email folder and run it weekly.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

Ok delete action was just a quick example. I just would like to use
something like "last month" in rules.
I was thinking more about a rule that moves emails that are older than 3
months to a specified folder and assigns them to a specified category.

filtered views or Search folders might help you out with locating those
items and manually attending to them.

Thanks Bill - but after all my problems with Outlook lately I will try to
ask on some developers newsgroup how to do it using macro - don't really
want to install additional software ( not untill I sort out my Outlook
installation anyway ).
