goto start---> control panel--->Appearance and Themes--->
Change the Computers Theme---> Appearance...then change
font size at bottom right...hope this helps
or ...goto start---> control panel--->Appearance and
Themes--->
Change the Computers Theme---> settings and change
screen resolution to "less"
