Is there a way to cleanup a word document of the unseen stuff that seems to accumulate? It seems that when I use an old document as a template for a new one the files just get bigger and bigger. Word Perfect had the reveal codes feature that allowed the user to purge this extra "stuff". Can something like that be done with Word?

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/RevealCodes.htm. Also see the various
KB articles about removing "metadata."
