laptop keyboard not working correctly

For some unknown reason when I type some letters, numbers appear on the screen.
Examples are:
m = 0
j = 1
k = 2
l = 3
h = 4
i = 5
o = 6

Anybody able to advise.

Your keyboard is possessed!
LOL, without knowing your specific laptop, chances are you have pushed some
combination of keys that have activated the keypad function of those keys.
They probably have those numbers printed on them. You just need to find out
what that keyboard combo is to toggle it off.

Try pressing the blue Fn key along with the Numlock key.

Turn off Numlock. Refer to your laptop manual or the laptop mftr.'s website
for how to do this.
