During ISP dial up process laptop freezes.
I must shut down and reboot in order to regain access only
to have it freeze again during dial up. Occasionally I
get online. I am current on all patches, etc. The freeze
happens even when I am not in IE6/Outlook. I do not have
the skills to know if this is a Windows 2000 problem,
Outlook, IE 6, or something else.
I would appreciate any advice to correct the problem.
