Language packs, I cant get them.

I'm having a problem geting the language packs.
XP is asking for the install disk but I dont have it.
Is there anyway that I could still get the packs without the disk?
Im really in need of having them so that I can translate site correctly.
 
Either you have an illegal copy or were short shipped the new PC without it,
so go back to the retailler and demand your CD or go out and buy an
installation CD.

Well my cousin gave me this computer & he got it from his job.
So I just need to get a Xp install disk to get the languages packs?
