I am using Windows 2000 service pack 4 and Office XP SP-1.
I have two keyboards installed, United States English
(which is default) and Canadian French.
When I switch from English to French inside Outlook, it
used (on Windows NT 4.0 with Office 2000) to keep the
input in French when I came back and forth between Outlook
and any other programs (keeping Outlook in French and the
others in English). Now, with Win2K and Office XP, it
doesn't always keep the setting. As far as I can tell,
this seems to be specific to Outlook.
