Language bar sometimes disapear and appear randomly

This issue is really annoying. When some program window is active, the
language bar disappear. And when you minimize all windows, the language bar
becomes visible, but it may be floating and not docked to the taskbar (as
where I had put it last time I had seen it). Sometimes it disappear and won't
appear, unless I do something with language settings.

Hi,

This was a known bug with beta2 and several earlier builds. It has been
addressed, but I don't remember which build it was. Are you seeing this in
RC1 or higher?

Also I have noticed if you turn the language bar off 'Right click ... Close
Toolbar' it will close but then reappear after some events (not tied down
just yet) and system restart.

I have the same problem in final release (Home Prem installed over WME2K5).
Any ideas...
