Language bar items

That is the language bar items used for. It looks like voice recognition
stuff, but I have no VR programs. Outside of that, how do I keep it from
popping up with each and every boot. I don't want to delete it necessarily,
just get it off the bar...for good...
 
Right click on the taskbar and select toolbars. Uncheck the Launguage Bar.
