Landscape (page orientation) doesn't work

I'm having trouble orientating my page to print in
landscape mode.

I've checked the page settings and choice of paper, but it
always prints in portrait.


Can someone assist?
 
P.S. I've also repaired/re-installed with the source CD
(office 2000). I haven't tried uninstalling first though
but don't see why the repair/re-install options wouldn't
correct any software problems.
