landlord template

Where can I find a template to record/keep track of rents and expenses for a
small landlord owner. Or what would template would be recommeded.

I haven't seen any, but I think you would probably be better off with an
accounting system. There are several good one written in Access that can be
connected to any special needs you may like to add. Have a look at Tony
