Unfortunately when I added a new user to my network's Active Directory I left
a space at the end of the name. This simple mistake caused a huge problem
with the Active Directory database and that user was unable to do several
things on the network. This seemed to cause improper synchronization between
Active Directory and Exchange 2003. The Active Directory database issue
appears to be cleared up now but this user's mailbox is having issues. One
of them is that the user does not show up on the Global Address list with all
of the rest of the Active Directory users. Is there something that can be
done, a setting or tool, that would resolve this issue?
