LAN Games in XP

A few of the folks in our office used to play Hearts over the LAN until XP was installed

The only option I see is Internet Hearts. We were hoping to play the original Hearts on the LAN

Any solutions? (The shareware games are over-complicated)

Nope. Microsoft in their wisdom saw fit to make us play against strangers
on the Internet instead of family and friends. Hopefully this will be
changed in the Longhorn operating system. Please feel free to send your

Unfortunately not. For some bizarre reason LAN play was forgotten about!

Would taking the game file off of the older windows
platform then dumping it in the XP directory solve the
problem... I have no idea just was wondering...
