LAN and Wireless Network Connection Problem

I have setup a workgroup and network for my 2 desktops.
#1 computer connects by LAN to the wireless router the #2 computer connects
to the router by wireless.
I have allowed sharing on both computers.
On #2, I am able to use and access files and printers in #1.
I am not able to access #2 from #1.
Error message says I may not have administrative access.
 
What OSs are you using on the systems? what SP version and so on...
