Lack of 'How-To' in Windows Help

I have always been very frustrated with Windows' 'Help & Support' feature.
I'd like both to express my frustration (are you listening Microsoft?) and
ask for help, if I am to dumb to know the proper way to get this information.

The point is, you type in some Windows feature or program in the help system
and Microsoft tells you all about this feature and how it is used to change
the thing that will solve your problem. But it doesn't tell you how to
access this feature / program!!!!!!!!

****ing piece of SHIT help system if you ask me.

I normally never use it because I have gotten real, helpful answers from it
only about 2% of the time.

My word power is insufficient to match your vernacular
but I suspect that you would get much more useful responses
if you quoted a specific example instead of mounting a broad
and unsubstantiated attack.

Well, I typed in the search box, the word 'photo' and got 25 results listed.
I could click on any one of them and get more details and instructions.
I have always found Help and Support to be really useful.
It is possible that if you ask for help in Help and Support the same way you
asked for help here, you won't find a helpful answer because you didn't give
any specifics. Exactly what feature or program are you trying to get help
with and failing?
