l2tp tunnelling howto

hi,
I need to terminate a l2tp tunnel on a win 2000 server which works as radius
server.
Does anyone know how to do it??
Server receives l2tp traffic which basically consist in authentication
requestes from a cisco router.
It must decript traffic, analyze requestes and send responses back to the
router through the l2tp tunnel....
any help will be appreciated!!

You might be able to configure Remote Access on the server and then
configure a router to router vpn connection. Ipsec tunnel mode may also be
another option depending on how the router can be setup. The links below
