Has anyone had a good experience with a particular brand
of KVM switch and Windows XP Home? I usually refer
directly to Linksys for matters of networking and such,
but was just wondering if anyone had any advice. Thanks

I use a Belkin switch, with no problems. I wouldn't expect any brand of
KVM switch to have problems with Windows XP Home.

I've used both Belkin switches in small casual security environments (4 - 8
hosts sharing a KVM combination), and Cybex / Avocent in Enterprise high
security environments. Both have worked well for me, but there are major
differences between the two.

Just about any brand should work with Windows. But different brands / models
give you different features which may make one more convenient for you. First
decide what features you want, and how much you are willing to pay. Then use
Google or Yahoo search. Or go to your nearest computer specialty store, and see
what they have.
