Has anyone ever created a KnowledgeBase in Access. Similar to MS Knowledgebase. I just want an idea of the difficulty.

Creating the database only takes perhaps a half dozen hours. You need a few
tables, a dialog form, a data display/entry form, and perhaps a simple
report. Filling it with data is what takes the time.
