Knowledge Base Using Outlook 2007 and Sharepoint 2007

I am looking at creating IT support KB that uses outlook 2007 (emails, tasks, attachments, etc) and SharePoint 2007 (uploads info from outlook, etc inan organized fashion that is searchable later on). Please advise how I canaccomplish with steps and some code examples.

Creating a Knowledge Base using Outlook 2007 and SharePoint 2007 is quite feasible, even though both are legacy technologies. The integration between these platforms allows users to store, categorize, and access information collaboratively.
