When I shut down or restart I get 'kgdklm32.exe is not responding' . I can't find what this is in google or what it does - anyone help

This is caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)

Spyware (or a virus). Have you run a check with a recent (post-2002) updated
AVP and run a spyware check (I use both Spybot - www.safer-networking.org
and Pest Patrol (www.pestpatrol.com) though the latter isn't free). Any exe
with a garbage filename should set alarm bells ringing.
