Keypad stops working

The keypad stops working for some clients. At times it is
only the number 5 other times its the whole pad. Some of
the clients are on Win terminals, some are on Windows 95
PC with the client session.

Any ideas are welcome.
 
Here are some things to try...

First, try updating the RDP client.

If that doesn't do anything, try connecting as a different
user. Does the same behavior still occur?

Lastly, are the clients using ATi video cards? Some
people have reported odd keyboard behavior with older ATi
video drivers and utilities running.
