Keyboard shortcuts/macros for text entry

Please can you tell me how I can enter text strings using just a short key
combination?

I just want it to enter my email address and website address into web forms.

I've spent ages searching for this information, but I think I'm just not
using the right keywords. There seem to be a lot of keyboard macro software
tools available, but this seems over the top for this.

Any help appreciated,
