keyboard shortcuts in IE

Hi,
I just upgraded to IE 6.0 SP1. Keyboard shortcuts in the
address bar, such as CTRL+enter, no longer work. How can
I get this functionality back? Thank you!
 
I have the same problem. Can anyone help fix this?
