What is the keyboard shortcut to paste special in PowerPoint?! I've searched
the help option and can't find one ( I'm BIG on keyboard shortcuts and
appreciate anyone's help!

There is no keyboad shortcut by default. But you can record a macro and
assign your own shortcut using Chirag Dalal's Shortcut Manager:
