A few of the keys are not working properly on my
keyboard. The @ and the " are the wrong way round and
the # and the |, along with a few others. Can any one
please tell me how to change these keys round myself or
where on the internet i can find the information out
myself.

You don't say what country you are from but if you go into Control
Panel.>Regional and Language Options>Text Services and Input
Languages>Settings and change the default input language to your country you
should be ok
