Keyboard question

I didn't think this is an Excel question at first, but it might be, and
besides, the people on this forum seem to know everything.

I'm in Excel, and I must have hit some combination of letters by mistake as
now when I press the key for the quotation symbol I get @, but when I press @
(above the no.2) I get the quotations. Simarly with # - if I press that I
get the english pound symbol.

But if switch to Word, or Notepad, everything behaves as it should, and if I
restart the PC, everything is as it should be in Excel too. Any ideas what
keystroke combination I pressed to change settings, and how I can change it
back without shutting down?

Thanks very much
Daniel

Hi Daniel, it's look like a keyboard configuration on the control panel, I do
not know in each language you work, but try to configurate your keyboard again
