Keyboard Mistake

While attempting to pull up the task manager, I must of hit wrong keys as my
enitre screen flipped on its side. I can't correct the problem. Help!!

Many video adapters have a feature which will rotate the screen
if you hit a certain keyboard combination. Try hitting the Ctrl
+ Alt + Up arrow keys all at the same time. If this keyboard
combination doesn't restore your display consult the
documentation that came with your computer. Look for
information related to your system's video card.
